How to shop at Musicademy.com

First, you will need to set up an account. Just click on Create Account, and enter your details as requested. The boxes marked with an * will need to be completed for your account to be set up properly; any other fields are purely optional, but if you complete these it will help us to tell you about products and offers that you might like. You will receive an e-mail confirming your new account immediately.

Second, select your purchases. As soon as you finish setting up your account, you can choose the products that you want to buy.

When you find a product you are interested in, click on the picture or the Buy buttons, and you will be able to view the product in greater detail. To purchase the product, click on Add to Cart and then continue shopping. The contents of your shopping cart are always visible at the top right of the screen. The charge for sending your order to the shipping address that you have chosen is shown in your shopping cart. Please note that all prices and charges are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling (£).

Third, proceed to the checkout. Once you have finished shopping, you can proceed to the checkout, where you can confirm where you want the goods to be sent, and how you would like to pay. Please see Payment Options for further information on payment, or go to Shipping and Returns to find out how long your order will take to reach you. Once you have completed your order and gone through the checkout, you will immediately receive an e-mail from us confirming your order. If you have paid by debit or credit card, you will also receive an e-mail from Protx confirming that your payment has been authorised. If you have paid using a non-UK card, your card issuer/ bank will convert the UK Pounds (£) total to your card currency at their normal exchange rate, and deduct that amount from your card/ bank account.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

With the Musicademy branded DVDs we offer a money back guarantee if the product has failed to be the best guitar/vocals/keyboard worship teaching DVD you have ever used. To qualify for this you will need to return the item in pristine condition within two weeks (three weeks for international orders) of your initial order together with an explanation of why you are returning it and a photocopy of the cover of the product you are comparing it to.

Please note that we are able to tell if DVDs have been copied. In this instance your guarantee will be invalid.

We have never yet had an item returned (unless someone has bought, say Intermediate but then found that Beginners would be more appropriate). Our customer satisfaction ratings are very high but we are very happy to honour this guarantee if you genuinely have an alternative that you consider is superior and no longer want to keep the Musicademy DVD.

Terms and Conditions

The Musicademy DVDs are sold for individual use only. It is illegal to copy them, loan them out (even in a non commercial setting) or to use them in a group teaching situation. We are putting together a resource pack for churches that would like to use the DVDs in a teaching situation. Please contact us for details.
