How Long Will It Take?
We aim to process and despatch your order within 48 hours - normally on the same day. Shipping times thereafter are in the hands of the Royal Mail, USPS and their international partners but we normally find that customers are pleasantly surprised at how quickly their orders arrive. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in shipment although it is normally possible for us to claim from the delivery service, particualrly Royal Mail.
If you have pre-ordered an item, it will be sent to you on the release date. Please bear this in mind if you are ordering other items at the same time, as we do not ship part orders. If you wish to receive the in-stock items straight away, please put them on a separate order.
Shipping
We ship from bases in the UK and US so offer local shipping rates in those countries. Small orders are shipped via Royal Mail and USPS. There is no tracking available on these services. Please contact us if you would prefer an insured, tracked shipment. Larger orders will normally be shipped automatically via courier.
When shipping to destinations outside the European Union and USA, we make every effort to complete all necessary customs forms to enable your order to reach you without any further charge. However, any duty charged locally by national customs will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Charges
UK - £2.99 for one item, £3.99 for two or more items
USA - $4.10 for one item, $5.47 for two, $6.84 for three, $8.21 for four and so on
Rest of the world - flat rate of £6.99 (pounds sterling) for any order
Returns
Due to the ease with which items can be illegally copied, we do not allow returns unless the item is faulty or under the terms of our customer satisfaction guarantee.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
In all the years we have been selling our DVDs, we've had only a handful of returns - normally because people chose say intermediate but then felt that beginners would be more suitable. We are therefore very happy to refund or replace any DVDs or CDs that you purchase from us provided that a) they are returned within 7 days of the purchase (14 days for orders from outside the UK) b) they are returned to the UK address below in its original packaging and c) that you first contact us by email outlining your reasons for the return.
Note, due to the nature of download, virtual products, there is no right to a return or refund.
We are able to track if a DVD has been copied. Returns of copied DVDs will void the customer satisfaction guarantee.
