Who is it for?

The Intermediate Box Set is for drummers who have been playing for some time and are already comfortable behind the kit in a worship band. If you are not really at that level, or want to go back and relearn the basics then we would suggest looking at the Beginners Worship Drum Course - you can buy this either as a box set of as single volumes - so some more able players migth just want to purchase volume 3 before progressing to Intermediate.

 

If you are already a relatively accomplished player (i.e. already playing proficiently in a worship band) then we'd suggest you go straight to the Intermediate set.

 

What about the Drum Workout CD?

The Drum Workout CD is designed as a complimentary product to the DVDs providing three great drum work-outs with increasing levels of difficulty. There isn't really any overlap between the DVD and CD so it makes sense to buy the two together.

 

What else is available to help me practice?

We have a DVD called Worship Backing Band - Musicians Practice Tracks which contains 54 worship songs that you can play along with. Practice is a lot more fun with other people! You can select to take any one instrument out of the mix so you effectively get to play along as the dummer in a pro band.

The DVD shows on-screen words and chords. For drummers there is the option to play along to a click track which will really help develop your timing.

 

Will the DVDs work on my DVD player?

The DVDs are NTSC and coded Region 0 which means they will play anywhere in the world.
