There’s some really good ideas here packed into a short video. Since I’ve been a worship director for 12 years, I’ve learned most of this through trial and error. Maybe you can post a video of the type of rehearsal Andy is describing? I post all our schedules, MP3, click tracks, and lead sheets on a password protected website so our team has time to work out their parts before our rehearsals. It has been huge in making our rehearsals more efficient. Click tracks have also solved so many groove and tempo problems we used to have. No more arguments over tempo :-). It takes practice and a good sound engineer but it’s worth it! Good Job Andy!! Blessings-your Seattle Brother in Christ-Craig
